About Us
Chunyi Intelligent is a livestock environment control solution provider — the intelligence that decides what happens inside your barn.
Who We Are
We develop, manufacture and support the system that decides what happens inside a livestock barn: when the fans run, how fast they run, when the misters cut in, when the lights come on — and what happens when the network goes down.
What we deliver is not a box of hardware. It is a working, field-proven control system: an industrial edge controller running our closed-loop environment logic, a family of RS-485 sensors and I/O modules, and a cloud platform for remote monitoring, alerts and multi-farm management.
For new-build projects we also source and supply compatible ventilation, cooling and lighting hardware, so the job can be delivered from one source. But the control system stands on its own — and it is designed to run on equipment you already own.
Our control system is licensed per control unit, one-time — not a subscription. Monitoring, alarms, remote control and firmware updates are included. Hardware can be replaced without re-licensing.

Three Layers, One System
Sense
Temperature and humidity, CO2 and illuminance sensors on RS-485 Modbus RTU. IP65, wall- and duct-mount, interchangeable probes, measurement ranges chosen for barn conditions.
Decide & Control
The core of the system. An industrial edge controller runs our closed-loop environment logic — ventilation sequencing, heat-stress protection, dew-point and condensation prevention, dust suppression and disinfection timing. Every rule is evaluated locally, with millisecond response.
Connect & Manage
Devices sync to the cloud over MQTT/TLS. The web console and mobile app give you live readings, remote control, alarms and historical trends — plus multi-farm, multi-user management with sub-accounts for your dealers and technicians.
If the internet drops, the barn does not stop.
Automation rules are held and executed on the edge controller, not in the cloud. A network outage never takes control away from your farm — and sensor data cached during the outage is back-filled automatically once the link is restored.
Works With the Equipment You Already Own
The control system is the brain of the barn. Fans, misters and lights are only the actuators it drives — and it is designed to drive equipment you already have.
Our edge controller drives 0–10V analog outputsfor EC fan speed control, RS-485 / Modbus RTUactuators, and relay dry contacts for switch-driven equipment. Barns that already have fans and misting installed can be retrofitted onto intelligent control without replacing that equipment.
0–10V fan speed control — full modulation from stop to full output, for EC motor ventilation fans that are already on your barn wall.
Standard Modbus RTU over RS-485 — register a device type once through our driver framework; it appears in the APP alongside the rest of the farm, with live data, remote control, automation rules and alerts working out of the box.
Relay dry contacts — switch-driven misting, lighting and disinfection equipment connects directly, no special interface required.
Cloud data access — device data flows to the cloud platform, with open APIs for joint development.
What We Can Drive
Ventilation Fans
EC motors and ventilation fans with 0–10V speed control.
Misting & Spray
Cooling and disinfection systems with switch or analog control.
Sensors
Temperature, humidity, CO2 and light sensors with RS-485 output.
Actuators & Relays
Relay modules, motor controllers and other Modbus RTU equipment.
Our Mission
To make livestock barns run on control rather than guesswork — delivering environment control systems that lower energy per unit of output, reduce the production losses caused by heat stress and damp bedding, and keep working when the network does not.
Our Vision
To be the control intelligence behind modern livestock barns worldwide — the partner distributors and integrators call first when a barn needs to be automated.
What Drives Us
Control Is The Product
The value is in the environment logic we have tuned in real barns — not the sum of the parts.
Open Protocol
0–10V, Modbus RTU and relay outputs. Open by protocol, not by dependency.
Edge Autonomy
Control runs locally with millisecond response. A network outage never stops the barn.
Partner Enablement
Commissioning and loop-tuning training, diagnostic documentation and spare parts for our distributors.
