Edge Controller
Industrial edge controller for livestock barns. Connects sensors and actuators over dual RS-485 buses and runs automation rules locally, even when offline.

Edge Controller
Our edge controller is the local control center of the farm IoT system. Built on an industrial-grade platform (dual-core Cortex-A7, Ubuntu 22.04), it connects to the cloud over Ethernet via MQTT and manages up to 32 sub-devices per bus on two isolated RS-485 buses (Modbus RTU master). All automation rules are evaluated locally with millisecond response — network outages never stop control. Sensor data is cached offline and back-filled automatically after reconnection. BLE-assisted device binding, OTA firmware upgrades with rollback, and a hardware watchdog make it dependable for unattended livestock facilities.
